2010 Munster GAA Senior Championship Draws
The draw for the 2010 Munster GAA Senior Hurling and Senior Football Championships will take place on Thursday October 22nd at 8:25pm and will be broadcast live on RTÉ Two and streamed live on www.rte.ie.
Limerick SHC Final – Adare v Na Piarsaigh
Adare won the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship title thanks to a 1-17 to 0-3 victory over Na Piarsaigh on Sunday at the Gaelic Grounds Limerick.
Waterford SHC Final – Ballygunner v Lismore
Ballygunner defeated Lismore by 1-17 to 0-19 in the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship Final on Saturday October 17th at Walsh Park Waterford.

There are 6 players from Munster counties on the 2009 All-Star Hurling team. Tipperary have 4 players while Waterford players have picked up 2 awards.
Camogie All-Star Nominations announced
The nominations for the 2009 Camogie All Stars in association with O’Neill’s were announced today with All-Ireland champions Cork being rewarded with 12 nominations. From the other Munster counties, Tipperary (3), Clare (2) and Limerick (1) are also included.

Newtownshandrum defeated Sarsfields by 3-22 to 1-12 in the Evening Echo Sponsored Cork County Hurling Finals on Sunday October 11th.

Munster counties have received a total of 23 All-Star Hurling nominations broken down as follows – Tipperary (13), Waterford (5), Limerick (3), Cork (2).

The new Tipperary GAA Archives web site (www.tippgaaarchives.com) was launched at the Anner Hotel Thurles on Saturday September 19th by Tipperary County Chairman Barry O’Brien.

Kerry defeated Roscommon by 2-18 to 1-15 in the Bord Gáis Energy GAA Hurling All Ireland U21 ‘B’ Championship Final on Saturday in Cusack Park Ennis.
All-Ireland SHC Final – Kilkenny v Tipperary
Kilkenny defeated Tipperary by 2-22 to 0-23 in the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final at Croke Park on Sunday.
