Teams of three representing the winning schools from each of the six counties in the province took part in the finals. The standard was exceptionally high with some really outstanding individual scores and is a reflection on the fantastic work being done by teachers, club coaches and parents across the province.
Individual trophies were presented to the players on both the winning and runners up teams. The overall winning school in both hurling and football were presented with vouchers for either a set of juvenile goalposts or a set of school jerseys by Provincial Games Managers Pat O’Shea and Joey Carton.
