The Munster GAA Health & Well Being / Games For All Committee were recently involved in an event promoted by Kerry GAA’s Health & Wellbeing Committee called “How to Age Well”.
The free event was part of a nationwide joint initiative hosted by The Longitudinal Study on Ageing (TILDA), Trinity College Dublin, and the GAA, Healthy Community Initiative.
