All-Ireland Senior Football Semi-Final
Kerry 3-14 Cork 2-13 – Kerry withstood a late comeback by Cork to earn a place in the 2008 All-Ireland Senior Football Final thanks to a four point victory over Cork. Kerry led by 5 points at the interval and by 8 points early in the second half before Cork came back to draw level with five minutes remaining. However, Kerry regained the lead thanks to a goal by Colm “Gooch” Cooper and they held on for a hard earner victory. Kerry will now play Tyrone in the All-Ireland Final.
