The Munster Senior Hurling Final winning captains from 1984 to 2008 will be presented at half-time of the Munster Senior Hurling Final.
Waterford defeated Tipperary by 3-21 to 2-14 in the Bord Gáis Energy Munster Under 21 Hurling Championship Semi-Final on Wednesday in Fraher Field Dungarvan.
Clare defeated Limerick by 4-22 to 2-13 in the Bord Gáis Energy Munster Under 21 Hurling Championship Semi-Final on Wednesday at Cusack Park Ennis.
Cork North won the Jim Power under 14 inter county football tournament played in the Dungarvan venue over the weekend.
This Saturday the Munster U16 Football Tournament will take place in Hospital, Herbertstown & Knocklong. The finals will go ahead in the Gaelic Grounds on Sunday. As usual eight teams will take part - Limerick, Clare, Cork City, Cork County, Kerry North, Kerry South, Waterford & Tipperary.
Clare collected their first set of point since being promoted to the senior ranks this year when they saw off Limerick in the Gala Senior Camogie Championship by the narrowest of margins in Cusack Park, 2-8 to 1-10.
Tipperary defeated Dublin by 2-12 to 1-10 in the Gala Senior Camogie Championship on Saturday in Parnell Park Dublin.
