Waterford have secured two awards in the inaugural year of the Soaring Star Camogie Awards, an awards scheme introduced to recognise players from the All Ireland junior camogie championship grades.
2009 Football All-Stars announced
The recipients of the awards were announced at Friday evening’s All Star banquet at Dublin’s Citywest Hotel, with All-Ireland finalists Kerry (7) and Cork (5) having 12 players named among the honoured fifteen.
