Maurice Davin Ceremony

On Thursday November 26th, a joint ceremony between Choiste Tiobraid Árann and Comhairle na Mumhan took place at the grave of Maurice Davin in Churchtown Cemetery, Carrick on Suir.

Representatives of both GAA units laid wreaths and an oration was delivered by Jack Ryan, son of the late Seamus O’Riain, who wrote the much-acclaimed biography of the first President of the Association.
