Vhi GAA Cúl Camps Host Ambassador Launch
Fifty GAA senior county players will be visiting 927 camps this summer, including Anthony Daly current Dublin Hurling Manager and former captain of Clare senior inter-county hurling team, and Colm O’Rourke former inter-county Gaelic footballer for Meath.
Presentation of Munster Senior Hurling Final winning captains – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
The Munster Senior Hurling Final winning captains from 1984 to 2008 will be presented at half-time of the Munster Senior Hurling Final.
Artane Band Entertainment – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
Entertainment by the Artane Band will take place in the Dome at Semple Stadium (New Stand side) from 12:30pm to 1:30pm on Sunday July 12th.
Symbolic Relay – Torch Run – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
A Symbolic Relay will take place on Saturday July 11th beginning at the Cusack GAA Centre in Carron County Clare at 12:00pm before arriving in Liberty Square Thurles on that evening at 9:00pm
Open Air Entertainment – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
From 8:30pm, there will be Open Air Entertainment on offer for all to enjoy in Liberty Square Thurles.
Munster Final Night at the Dogs – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
A special Munster Final “Night at the Dogs” will be held from 8:30pm at Thurles Greyhound Stadium on Saturday July 11th. Half price admission to patrons wearing their County GAA jersey.
Special Mass for the GAA – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
A special mass to for the Gaelic Athletic Association will take place on Saturday July 11th at 7:30pm in Thurles Cathedral.

The Munster Long Poc Final will take place on Saturday July 11th at 11:00am in Thurles Racecourse.
Under 12 Hurling Blitz – 125th Anniversary Celebrations
An Under 12 Hurling Blitz involving teams from all the Munster counties will take place in Dr. Morris Park Thurles on Saturday morning from 11:00am.

Douglas of Cork claimed a thrilling 1-7 to 2-2 win over St Vincent’s, Dublin in the Division One camogie final of Feile na nGael.
Munster SHC S-Final – Clare v Tipperary
Tipperary defeated Clare by 3-18 to 1-22 in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Semi-Final on Sunday in the Gaelic Grounds Limerick.
Munster IHC S-Final – Clare vs. Cork
Cork defeated Clare by 2-16 to 1-14 in the Munster Intermediate Hurling Championship Semi-Final on Sunday at the Gaelic Grounds Limerick. Cork will play Waterford in the Munster Final.
