AIB Munster GAA Football Senior Club Championship – Kilmurry-Ibrickane (Clare) v Dromcollogher/Broadford (Limerick)
Kilmurry-Ibrickane (Clare) defeated Dromcollogher/Broadford (Limerick) by 0-11 to 0-5 in the AIB Munster GAA Football Senior Club Championship Quarter-Final on Sunday at Quilty.
Kilmurry-Ibrickane (Clare) 0-11 Drom-Broadford (Limerick) 0-5
Kilmurry-Ibrickane of Clare gained revenge on Limerick’s Dromcollogher-Broadford for last year’s Munster final defeat as they secured a comfortable six-point win in Quilty. The Clare champions were beaten by the men from the neighbouring county a year ago, but not so this time as they built up a 0-7 to 0-1 lead and never had to look back as Drom are forced to put awaytheir boots a lot earlier than last season when they went on to face Crossmaglen in the All-Ireland semi-final.
Waterford champions Stradbally await Kilmurry-Ibrickane in the Munster last four.
