Munster Camogie Council is delighted to announce the 3^rd Coaching Skills Workshop of 2019 will be held in Co Tipperary, details as follows:

• Saturday 22nd June, 10-1pm @ Duneske Centre, Cahir, Co Tipperary
• Open to all coaches working with ages 8-16yrs, €10pp
• 3x Coaching Skills sessions, topics covered as follows:

Warm ups, injury prevention and fundamental movement skills (ABC’s)

Contesting aerial possession & distribution

Striking on the move / tackling

Q&A with the tutors at the end of the session
