Work rate key to the Cat’s success – Quaid

Limerick’s Nickie Quaid has cited work rate as being the key ingredient to Kilkenny’s success over the past decade. The Effin native also believes that there is no longer any easy draw coming into the Quarter Finals, as every team left standing is an All Ireland contender. But the goalkeeper has also backed his team’s prolific goal scorers up front as well as his younger teammates to continue their rich vein of form at Semple Stadium on Sunday.
