Scent of big stage will cure Tipperary’s hangover – Ryan
Waterford hurling manager Michael Ryan believes that the lure of a Munster championship and All-Ireland semi-final will be enough to rid Tipperary of a championship hangover that has lingered since last year’s Croke Park defeat to Kilkenny.
While Tipp were lucky to survive a big scare against Limerick, Ryan claims that their fourteen man victory over Cork was indicative of a side thirsty for the big stage.
