The Provincial Referee Development Officer will play an important role the in the recruitment, development and management of referees at club and intercounty level in Munster.
The successful candidate will deliver programmes that help recruit, train and develop referees in in collaboration with the Munster Council, Provincial Referee Administration Committee and the National Referee Development Committee.
The role will be pivotal in fostering a positive environment for referees and requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to the support and development of referees, manage administrative tasks, and communicate and work with all stakeholders.
