Spin South West and Munster GAA renew partnership for 2019

Wednesday 1st May: SPIN South West and Munster GAA are delighted to announce the renewal of their official media partnership for the 2019 GAA Season.

Now in its third year, the partnership was relaunched in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford with brand personnel from both Munster GAA and SPIN South West on site, including SPIN South West Sports Reporter and Presenter, Valerie Wheeler and celebrated GAA players from across the Munster counties.

SPIN South West will be the go-to destination for Munster GAA news, interviews and exclusive ticket giveaways, giving you unrivalled access to everything happening during Munster GAA’s upcoming season.

Speaking about the partnership, Ed Donnelly, Communications Manager for Munster GAA commented: “Munster GAA are looking forward to an exciting summer as the Munster Championship kicks off on May 11th. Last year’s Munster Hurling Championship was arguably the best ever as week after week, games of fantastic skill, passion and sheer drama gripped the nation. Predicting the top three Hurling counties to qualify from the 2019 Munster Championship will be one of the more difficult tasks for any one and that promises to make for another gripping season. In Football, Kerry have captured the Munster title for the past six seasons and are introducing a number of younger players as they seek to bring back Sam Maguire to the Kingdom. Clare, Cork and Tipperary look best placed to upset Kerry’s dominance while Limerick and Waterford will hope to cause an upset in the opening weekend of games. All in all, it promises to be another exciting summer and Munster GAA are delighted to partner with SPIN South West once again to help promote our games, in particular to a younger audience in the province who are our supporters of the future”.
