The excess on the Property Programme is €4,000
Losses in excess of this amount should be reported as follows;

Elaine will report the incident to insurers and appoint loss assessors as required

If repairs are required prior to appointment of an assessor or notification of the damage to insurers it is essential that evidence of the damage is retained for future inspection if required. Please ensure that the contractor employed to carry out the repairs retains evidence of the damage.
