Tipperary will play Clare in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final at 4:00pm on Sunday July 13th at the Gaelic Grounds Limerick.

A very limited number of Terrace Tickets will be on sale on Sunday morning In Kiosk’s at The Davin Arms (next to the Gaelic Grounds) and The Woodfield House on the Ennis Road. Tickets will also be on sale to night at the Munster Minor Football Final Replay, between Kerry and Tipperary, at Ennis and at the Senior Hurling Qualifier game between Limerick and Offaly at the Gaelic Grounds, Limerick. Patrons should also note that Match Tickets will be scanned on the approach entrances to the Grounds on Sunday and no access to the Stiles will be allowed to any person without a Ticket.

Match Preview
Tipperary and Clare meet in the Munster final for the first time since 1997 when Clare won en route to winning their second All-Ireland title in three seasons. They also beat Tipperary in that year’s All-Ireland final. The counties last met in the championship in 2005 when Tipperary won a Munster semi-final by six points. Tipperary go into Sunday’s final with an unbeaten record in all competitions this year. However, Clare are one of the sides who came closest to them, drawing in their League clash in Ennis on March 16 last on a 0-17 to 1-14 scoreline. Tipperary went on to win the League before beating Cork in the Munster semi-final while Clare beat Waterford and Limerick to clinch a place in the provincial final.

Commercial Car Parks are available in Howleys Quay, Henry St., Denmark St., Thomas St. and Steamboat Quay, all of which do not close before 7.00p.m.
Ample parking available on street in Limerick City
Bus Service
Henry St. to Ivans (1.00p.m. to 3.30p.m.), buses will have access to Ennis Road.
