2008 Waterford Crystal Cup Senior Hurling

Tipperary will play Waterford in the Waterford Crystal Cup Final this weekend at 2:00pm on Sunday at Templemore.

Tipperary 4-14 Cork Institute of Technology 0-15- Goals from Lar Corbett (2), Pa Bourke and Eoin Kelly (penalty) helped Tipperary to an 11 point victory over Cork Institute Technology in the semi-final of the Waterford Crystal Cup. Tipperary led by 1-11 to 0-10 at the interval and will now play the winner of the other semi-final between Waterford and the Limerick Institute of Technology which is scheduled for Sunday in Dungarvan at 2:00pm. Waterford 3-12 Limerick Institute of Technology 2-13 – Waterford had two points to spare over LIT in the semi-final of the Waterford Crystal Cup on Sunday to quality for a final showdown against Tipperary next weekend.
