Teams you play for: Munster Wheelchair Hurling, Limerick Scorpions WBC & Ireland Rugby W7s

What are your strengths & weaknesses as a player: I am a leader. I can anticipate pretty well and I have a good engine. I wouldn’t be the most skillful.

What is your favourite and least favourite position to play? I like playing wherever the coach puts me and where he thinks it’ll benefit the Team. I don’t have a ‘least favourite ‘

If you were throwing a party and you could invite anyone in the world, from the past or present, who would you ask? John Wooden probably one of the greatest coaches of all time in any sport. Billy Connolly for the laughs and Fleetwood Mac to gig it out.

Player to watch from other teams? Shane Curran (have to say that)

Best memory playing for Munster? Winning our 1st Championship. 2-0 down to Connacht and scoring a hat-trick to help us win the game in my Missus’ hometown.

Game to forget playing for Munster? 2018 All Ireland Final… I was pants…. I’ve been pants in other games but that one hurt.

Most unusual item in your kit bag: an “I am a runner” hand towel….oh the irony.

Best thing about being part of the GAA? You spend most the time flaking each other at training or in matches but pretty much everyone gets on great.

If you were not playing GAA what would you do? I work, I play a few other sports, I coach athletics and on Wednesday’s I cook stir fry.

What are you doing to pass the time during the Covid-19 pandemic? Have being working as I am an essential worker and finally got round to doing many jobs around the house.

Who spends the most time in front of the mirror in the dressing room? Sultan Kakar

Who is the biggest joker in the team you play for? Maurice is a bit of a joker …I’ve been known to crack the odd joke.

Hopes for the future: To continue to enjoy life , live it to the max and help develop the next generation whether in sport or work.
