Munster win Inter-Provincial Ladies Football
Munster defeated Leinster by 2-6 to 0-8 in the Interprovincial Ladies Football championship, played at Kinnegad on Saturday.

CAMOGIE in Kerry received a huge fillip this week with the announcement of substantial funding for the development of the game in RAPID areas (Revitalising Areas by Planning Investment and Development).

Ladies’ Inter Provincial football squads
The squads have been announced for this Saturday’s Ladies’ Football Inter Provincial Championships taking place in Kinnegad. The Munster squad includes 12 Cork All Ireland winners including All Stars such as Angela Walsh and Valerie Mulcahy and also features exciting young talent such as Clare’s Eimear Considine.

The 2009 Bord Gáis Energy GAA Hurling U-21 All-Ireland Championship was launched at Croke Park on Monday.
TV3 Ireland AM in Thurles on Tuesday May 26th
TV3 will broadcast some of their Ireland AM programme live from Hayes Hotel Thurles between 7am and 10am on Tuesday May 26th to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the GAA’s founding in the hotel and also to launch their GAA coverage for the championship.
Féile Peile na nÓg 2009
